To request the presence of the Mayor at an event, please complete a Mayor’s Attendance Request Form, giving as much notice as possible, and return it to the Mayor’s Office.  You may wish to telephone in advance to check availability.

Once the office has confirmed the Mayor’s attendance please complete the Protocol Form and return it to the Mayor’s Office
two weeks before the event, if possible.
