The Mayor attended the Royal British Legion’s observance of Two Minutes’ Silence in Abbey Church Yard.
The moving Silence was incorporated into a short act of Remembrance and at 11am a bugler marked the start and finish of the Silence to remember all those who lost their lives in the service of their country.
