Following a regional proclamation from the High Sheriff in Taunton at 1pm, a proclamation will be made on the steps of the Guildhall by the Chair of Bath and North East Somerset Council, Cllr Shaun Stephenson-McGall, at 2pm.
Civic floral tributes will be placed in Parade Gardens immediately following the Proclamation.
