The Mayor, Cllr June Player had the pleasure of officially unveiling the Mary’s Walk welcome sign at Roseberry Rd Memorial Garden. The garden is in memory of 28 people who died on this spot in the 1942 Bath blitz when their shelter received a direct hit.
The Mayor is pictured with historian Chris Kilminster who’s 7 year old sister, Mary was one of the 28 people who lost their lives.
