The Mayor, Cllr June Player was joined by the Immediate Past Mayor, Councillor Manda Rigby who presented a copy of the booklet, Bath Lonely in Lockdown to Mr Richard Meunier Principal Archivist, Heritage Services, Bath & North East Somerset Council, to add to the collection.
Just over twelve months ago, the then Mayor of Bath (Councillor Manda Rigby) held a Photographic Competition of ‘Memories of Bath, Lonely in Lockdown’. The response was a great success with over 100 entries being received. Subsequently, it was decided to publish the wonderful photographs in a small booklet.
All the photos are lodged with the Bath Record Office as a permanent reminder of Bath in 2020.
