At this time of year, especially, we remember all those who have died in the service of their country.
On Remembrance Sunday The Mayor laid the first wreath on behalf of the Charter Trustees and citizens of Bath at the Royal British Legion Wreath Laying Ceremony at the War Memorial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmJpeM98ejE

Shaftesbury Road Memorial Garden informal Wreath Laying took place on Sunday. Past Mayors Councillor Shaun Stephenson-McGall & Honorary Alderman Will Sandry laid a wreath on behalf of the Mayor.
St Michael & All Angel’s Church, Twerton held an on-line broadcast. After the Service, Past Mayor Councillor Tim Ball laid a wreath on behalf of the Mayor.
Two further Wreath Layings will be made on behalf of the Mayor, informally due to the current Lockdown, by the Deputy Mayor (Councillor Gerry Curran), at Firs Field War Memorial (Combe Down) and Past Mayor Councillor Paul Crossley at Haycombe Garden of Remembrance (Southdown Ward).
