The Mayor, Cllr June Player attended the West Avenue Street Party where she was asked to judge the tallest Sunflower competition.
The turnout was this event was brilliant & the Mayor is seen here with l-r Organiser Helen Cooke, Winner of 1st prize Laura Tyrell with Siberian Giant 259cms high and Hilary Long of Genesis Trust receiving a Charity donation from the sunflower competition entry fees.
